Family Groups Are Welcome... Properties managed by Almost Heaven WV Realty are privately owned. Reservations are limited to family groups only. Sororities, Fraternities or Non-Chaperoned Groups are NOT allowed. You must be 24 years of age or older to execute a rental agreement. Groups found to be misrepresenting themselves will be evicted immediately with loss of rent and damage deposit.
